Shipping Information

We generally ship orders the next business day and almost always within two. If you ordered through this site using a credit card you can track your order at any time.

We ship FedEx Ground unless you request otherwise. We prefer to not use USPS but will if you specify. To charge freight to your own account, please include your UPS or FedEx account number with your order.

Do you ship internationally?

International retailers - please contact David McClees at david@talusproducts.com indicating which line or products you are interest in and we will respond promptly.

International distributors - we welcome inquiries from distributors outside the U.S. Please email David McClees at david@talusproducts.com with a summary of your company and list of products or lines that interest you.

Do you drop ship?

We can drop ship to your customers with the charge based on purchase volume. The usual fee is $5 per order plus freight, billed to your account. Please contact us at customerservice@talusproducts.com for more information. We are not accepting new Amazon customers.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping fees?

If you order through the website by credit card, shipping will be estimated prior to submitting payment information by adding items to the cart and proceeding to the Checkout page. There you will be offered a choice of prices and shipping methods.
