How to order

You can order through this website using a credit card or by fax or email using your own purchase order. Fax purchase orders to 207-871-1654 or email them to
customerservice@talusproducts.com. Please note that if you order by credit card from our site, any out-of-stock items at the time of shipment will not be backordered, but will be cancelled and noted on the shipping receipt.

You can also phone in orders from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday ET by calling 207-871-9230 or 800-634-8180.

For EDI orders, call or email us at customerservice@talusproducts.com and we'll set up your account.

Our minimum order amount is just $100.00.


We rarely stock out of an item, but should it happen we will let you know when we receive your order so you can choose whether to ship it complete or accept partial shipments.

Has my order shipped?

If you ordered from this website, click the My Account/Order Status link at the top right side of the page to check your order status and track your order. We will notify you automatically by email with tracking information when your order ships.

My order has not arrived, or an item is missing from my shipment

If you ordered directly from the site, click the My Account/Order Status link at the top of the page to insure all items have shipped. If your order shows your tracking information, check with the carrier for delivery status. If your packages are showing as delivered or you placed an order by phone, fax or email please contact us at customerservice@talusproducts.com for assistance.
