I used the pillow on my vacation to Switzerland on the plane and the bus. It supported the side of my neck. It helped relax the muscles in the back of my neck as well. We were in Bern during the European soccer matches so it was extremely noisy. The hotel was not airconditioned so we slept with the widows open. It was very hard to sleep. I finally used the pillow deflated as an eye mask and ear cover to block the light and noise from the street. It worked great!~Ebag 792590 |
