I want to describe the shape, because it is hard to see in the picture. The pillow is shaped like a parenthesis and is about as long as your head. The ends flare out so your cheek or neck will not be against a pointy end. I would not describe this a a banana shaped. There are many ways to position it, including directly behind your neck, or from your neck to your chin. You can rotate-slide-turn the pillow in several ways to get it just right. I have never used one of the typical horse collar type pillows but it seems like they would be very limited in positioning options.~Ebags 758180 |
