I personally love this item I purchased it for my elderly grandfather and myself. grandpa sits a lot in his chair and falls asleep. He has arthritis in his neck so when he would fall asleep without it he would wake with his neck super sore and now that he has been using the pillow in his chair he has not been complaining of this. He also uses this pillow at night to help support his neck so he can breath easier. I use this pillow every night and love it. I have asthma and have to keep my head propped up so I can breath easier and this pillow helps support my neck properly without making it hurt.
