Order Status
How can I place my order?
  Our minimum order amount is $100.

You can order through this website with a credit card, or by fax or email using a purchase order. Fax purchase orders to 207-871-1654, or scan and email to customerservice@talusproducts.com. You can also call us to place an order by phone during the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday ET by calling 207-871-9230 or 800-634-8180.

For EDI orders, call or email us at customerservice@talusproducts.com to set up your account.

Has my order shipped?
  If you ordered on our website click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of the site to check your order's status. If you placed your order any other way please email Sue Simon at sues@talusproducts.com or call 800-634-8180 for assistance.
Backorders
  We rarely stock out. If an item is backordered we will let you know when we receive your order so you can choose whether to ship it complete or accept partial shipments.
How do I track my order?
  If you placed your order through the website, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of the site to track your order. You will receive email notification when your order ships with tracking information.
My order has not arrived
  If you placed your order through the website, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of the site to track your order status. Insure that all items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your tracking numbers, check with the carrier for delivery status. If all packages show as delivered, please contact us at customerservice@talusproducts.com for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of the site to track your order status. Insure that all of the items have shipped. If your order displays your tracking numbers, check with the carrier to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your full shipment shows as delivered, please contact customer service for assistance.
