Order Status
How can I place my order?
  Ordering is easy!

You can order through this website, using EDI, or by fax or e-mail using your own purchase order. Simply fax purchase orders to 207-871-1654, or scan and e-mail to customerservice@talusproducts.com. You can also call us directly to place an order over the phone during our office hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday EST by calling 207-871-9230 or 800-634-8180.

We have full EDI capability. Call or e-mail us at customerservice@talusproducts.com and we'll get you set up quickly and efficiently.


Our minimum order amount is $100.00 and you can order as frequently as you like.
Has my order shipped?
  If you have placed an order through our website, you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If your order with us was placed through EDI or a faxed or e-mailed purchase order, please e-mail Sue Simon at sues@talusproducts.com or call 800-634-8180 for assistance.
Backorders
  We try hard to stay in stock at all times. If we should have a backordered item, we will let you know on receipt of your order and have you choose whether to ship your order complete or accept partial shipments.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order has not arrived.
  If you placed your product order through this website, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of 'delivered', please contact customer service at customerservice@talusproducts.com for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
