Billing Questions
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance at customerservice@talusproducts.com.
Payment Options
  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for any order. For reorders, we will store your encrypted credit card information under PCI standards unless you advise otherwise. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.

With approved credit we offer Net 30 terms. Please email customerservice@talusproducts.com for a credit application. Payments for orders billed on terms are due promptly via check or ACH. We are unable to accept credit card payments on term invoiced orders without an additional 5% surcharge to cover the cost of credit card processing.
Receipt/Invoice Copy
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of our site to print invoices if you have placed an order through our website. If you have ordered through your company purchase order or EDI, please contact Jane Jewett for a copy of your invoice, at jane@talusproducts.com.

Electronic Billing - Going Green
  Talus continuously looks for more ways to protect the environment. We're reducing paper use as much as possible by processing orders and payments electronically. To receive electronic invoices, please provide us with your billing email on your credit application and we'll set you up. Or contact us at customerservice@talusproducts.com for more information.
