|Do you drop ship?|
|We offer drop ship to your customers direct, with an additional surcharge based on volume and whether the order is received in our format. Please contact us for information to set up a drop ship account at email@example.com. For those offering products on online marketplace sites, we ask that you please understand that we are well represented by our current Amazon resellers, and so are not accepting new Amazon customers at this time.|
|Do you ship internationally?|
|International retailers - please contact David McClees at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating which line(s) or products you are interested in and we will respond to your request promptly.
International distributors - we welcome inquiries from distributors in other countries. Please send an e-mail to David McClees at email@example.com with a summary of your company and a list of products or lines you are interested in.
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|If you have placed your order through this website, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and related prices. Every attempt will be made to ship your order within 48 business hours of receiving your payment.|
|Every attempt is made to ship orders within two business days, regardless of the size of the order. If you place your order through this site using a credit card, you can access order tracking at any time.
We ship via UPS Ground unless you request otherwise. Our preference is to not use USPS, but if it works better for you to have us do this, just let us know. To charge freight to your own account, please include your UPS or FedEx account number with your faxed or e-mailed order.
